Goals For The Week, Habits, And Quick To-Do Header
At the top of every weekly page will be a section for goals you want to achieve for the week separated into three categories: Build, Learn and Do More Of. Below goals are two sections; one for Quick Tasks and Habits.
A quick way to clear checkboxes is to highlight the row and press cmd + enter.
DAily Layout For The 7-Day Planner
Each day from Monday-Sunday has three sections divided by meals. This is where you can plan meals and plan the day’s tasks in one block. At the top is a date that can be changed upon clicking. At the bottom is a toggle that can reveal an unwind routine for that day.

How To Transfer Duplicated Planner Into Database Template
Step 1: Duplicate weekly planner template
Step 2: Create a new template inside a database (the blue "new" button at the top right hand corner of every database)
Step 3: Name the database template
Step 4: Move the duplicated weekly planner page to the database template. When you move the page, search for name of database template. (refer to above image)
Step 5: Turn page into “text” inside the template.
