If you’re looking for the ability to allocate tasks into a timetable, but have a hard time figuring out how much time each task should be alloted, I created this smart task planner to do that work for you. All you’ll need to know is how many hours you have available to work, and task difficulty between 1-10. A formula will calculate how many hours and minutes to work on each task.
Step 1: insert List Of Tasks
Step 2: Record Difficulty Of Each Task (1-10)
Followed by finding the sum of this column and plugging it into the “Difficulty" Sum” property.
