Upon creating a new note inside the Notes database, there will be an option to select a template called New Note. This will change the icon to the one you see below and create a section for Sibling Notes (notes that reside in the same folder).

Bookmark: when this box is checked, it will show up in a database view called Bookmarks inside the Notes database.
Type: a dropdown multi-select property to categorize the note.
Folder: a relation property to the Folders database.
Created: an automatic property that recalls the day and time the note was created.
Siblings: a formula that counts the number of siblings a note has.

Next to the Notes database is a database called Folders. Here, one can select from a series of buttons to find a nested list of notes that correspond via clicking a template called New Folder.

Last Uploaded: a rollup that pulls the latest time a note goes into a folder.
Number of Notes: a formula that returns the number of notes in a folder. This formula is shown on the card of each folder.
Type of Notes: a rollup configured to show every type of note populated inside the folder.
