A Clean Notion Dashboard To View Subtasks (Free Template)

There are many options to view your tasks in Notion, including a table, kanban, and gantt chart. In this clean dashboard template, I include a variety of windows to access stacked tasks in the program. Stacked tasks are a collection of to-dos that can be simplified into small manageable objectives. The layers in this stackable workspace are Area, Parent Task/Project, Subtask, and Timetable.

Free Notion Template: The Color Library and Organizer

When I started making Notion content in 2019, a color library database was one of my first projects in the program. I decided to revisit this template in 2022 and build a simple color library and color palette generator using one database. Included is what I’m calling a “color map” organized by color type, a palette view, and a portal for bookmarked colors too. Here’s how it works.

3 Notion Templates: Modular Planning Sheets

The custom Notion planner can be designed to cater a task manager’s needs from simple to complex. Some users like to use databases and relationships between todos, while others like to keep things simple. These three template sheets can satisfy both users. The Notion user can implement a pre-designed page inside a database template to customize the body of every entry in the database (ie. like a calendar).

Still want to utilize a table without a database? A lot of these Notion templates have basic tables to categorize information neatly without creating a new page in each row. There is a link below each image to duplicate the template into your Notion workspace.

How I Made My Yearly Content Review In Notion

My annual review is the result of wanting to create a page that displays all analytics from online projects in the last twelve months. There are two core Notion databases here. One is for a monthly review where all data is gathered, and the other is for three main areas to analyze: my blog, Twitter, and YouTube. Here is how I used the data from each monthly review to create a 2021 review.
