How I Made A Sticky Notes Wall In Notion

📌 Task Priority Reminders

There are a ton of different ways to design your task management page in Notion. If you’re looking for a non-database minimal approach, I created this sticky note wall for just that. Template buttons nest under three columns labeled for priority low, medium, and high. Here is how I made it.

How To Create Columns In Notion

  • Step 1: Create two blocks (press enter)

  • Step 2: Drag blocks next to each other

How I ConfigureD Each Template

  • Create new template button: “/templatebutton”

  • Next, I slid each template button under a column after duplicating the template two times (highlight + CMD + d), and assigning a design for each task priority.

The Page In Action

  • Extra: There is an “Archive” page to drag and drop finished tasks.
