Use an ideation board to create new ideas quickly inside a board-view grid like this one. Group by status and topic or area. The status options include Rough idea, Polished idea, Outline, Scheduled, and Archive

Collect all to-do lists, ideas and important notes in an easy to use Notion page. This page includes three template buttons to create three types of notes in the styling of colored callouts.

4. Pros & Cons List

Also known as a T-Chart, you can create two colored callout blocks in two separate columns to achieve this layout.

5. Idea Backlog Funnel

In this backlog funnel turns ideas into actionable tasks. You can collect ideas categorized by Must do, Should do, and Could do. These tags are sub-grouped in a pipeline borad-view where ideas can be dragged between status tags labelled Next, Doing, and Done.

There is also a filter that automatically archives done items after one week.

6. Venn Diagram

Use this three-column page to drag and drop ideas from Side A to Side B. If you drag an idea from Side A to Both, the idea will add the Side B tag to the idea’s properties as well. Give it a try!
