How To Create a Backlink
There are 3 ways to create a new inline page.
The first is to use the "@" button.
The second is to type "[[".
The third is to type "+" and begin typing a title
Here, you are prompted to either create a new page or link to an existing page.
First, you'll notice that a linked inline page and sub page are smaller than a regular page. Also, coloring a linked page will cover the document icon as well.
A sub-page is structured like this:
In this scenario, the sub page was created inside a page called "The Archive," of which appears as a link at the top left hand corner.
A remote page is structured like this.
Upon adding a remote inline link to page that already exists, a backlink will appear. In this scenario, let's link a remote page to the above sub-page.
Type "[["
Type label of new page + select "New Page In"
Find page to insert new page inside.
If you click inside this new page, you'll find that a backlink has populated. The backlink will display the page your original link resides.
