How To Use The Template

• Navigate to the Budget database, click Calculate at the top left hand corner and fill out your overall budget and total money chipped in from others if applicable.

Clear The Boardview And Customize

• Next, navigate to the Gifts database and clear all cards.

• At the top of the database are selects with names. Rename these selects to match your gift receivers.

• Add a new gift (card) that corresponds to each person.

There will be a Price property inside each card that will contribute to the sum of money spent for each person (sum located next to their name).

The Budget Database Will Update As New Gifts Are Added

• The Up/Down property inside the budget database will let you know if you are under or over budget AND how much money you have left.
